(1) 3/29/87. Blowdown and monitoring, 45 attending. (2) 3/29/87. The three amigos, Rose, Burgess, Ford.


(3) 3/28/87. Around the campfire at Stony Fork, Saturday evening. I recognize Chuck North and his wife, and David Emrey. (4) 3/26/87. Work to be done. Blowdown across the approach to the bridge over Dry Run, north of I-81.


(5) 3/26/87. Completed work at Dry Run. (6) 3/26/87. Chain saw crew.


(7) 3/29/87 Another chain saw crew went out on Sunday. (8) 3/29/87 Lunch break for the Sunday chain saw crew.


(9) 3/28/87. Frequently some of the ladies stayed back at camp to prepare dinner. (10) 3/28/87. Hazel Monroe at the serving table.

(15) 4/24/87. Trail assessment, VA 670 to VA 16 and I-81 to VA 42. Rose, Ford and Burgess from PATH, Mike Dawson from ATC and Ron Druien from USFS. (16) 5/9/87. Meeting on Chestnut Knob to discuss horse use. In attendance: Lou Brossey, USFS District Ranger; Mike Dawson, ATC; Rose, Sims, Burgess, PATH; Davis and others from the Tazewell Horsemen's Club.


(17) 5/23/87. Mowing. (18) 6/6/87. June Worktrip, 35 attending.


(19) 6/25/87. Konnarock I - June 25th through 29th. Relocate trail from VA 625 to US 11. Crew members included Bob Brown, leader, Kathryn Lemke, Wendell Freeman, Ken Miller, Catherine Dalton, Lamont Lieffers, Liz Frassa. Rose and Burgess attended for PATH. (20) 6/25/87. I am speculating that one of the pictures is the outgoing crew from the previous week, and the other is the incoming crew.
